RSAA Connect West is a day and a half of networking, education and marketplace appointments.  RSAA Connect West 2012 will be held October 25 & 26, at the historic Riviera Palm Springs in Palm Springs, California. 

The event will begin on the afternoon of the 25th with targeted educational sessions on the international inbound market.  These sessions will be followed by a welcome reception and networking event that evening.  On the next day, you'll meet one-on-one with the nation's top receptive tour operators.  You'll enjoy lunch during the day and a wonderful closing reception that night.  Registrations are limited so sign up today!

Business Exchange Format:

During the RSAA Connect West Business Exchange sellers (suppliers) move from table to table.  Buyers (RTOs) sit at their company table throughout the day.  Sellers may bring promotional material (brochures, business cards, etc) to distribute to the buyers.  However storage will not be provided for these materials.

 
Accommodations:  

The headquarters hotel for ConnectWest is the Riviera Palm Springs. Rates are $109 for tour operators and $139 for tour suppliers. Reservations can be made by contacting the Riviera at 866-588-8311, reference ConnectWest/RSAA.
